Use a clear subject such as “Product feedback,” “Accessibility,” “Privacy request,” or “Copyright concern.” The same mailbox is currently used for general and legal contact so questions have one accountable destination.
For browser or tracking issues
Include your browser name and version, operating system, device type, and what happened after you pressed Start camera. A short description of lighting and whether one or both hands were visible can help. Do not email camera frames, recordings, passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal data.
Privacy and rights requests
For privacy questions, requests under applicable data-protection law, or concerns about a third-party right, explain the request and provide only the minimum information needed to understand it. We aim to acknowledge legitimate requests within 30 days.
